のんびりものづくりをしたり、季節の花を楽しみながらお散歩する時間が大好きです。
花と向き合うひとときはいつも心を静かに整えてくれます。
　

「おうちに花を飾りたい！」という想いから、これまで生花・造花のアレンジメント、軽量粘土のお花づくりなど、いろいろな形で創作を楽しんできました。

造花のフラワーアレンジメントを中心に活動していた時期も長く、初期のYouTubeではアーティフィシャルフラワーから100円ショップの造花を使ったアイデアまで、たくさんの作品を紹介してきました。

気軽に楽しめるアレンジを多くの方が見てくださったことは、今でも温かな思い出です。

From my small studio in Japan, I create clay flowers using cold porcelain.

Moments spent with flowers softly calm my mind and bring a sense of quiet balance.

　
My love for flowers began with a simple wish:
“I want to fill my home with flowers.”

Over the years, I have enjoyed many kinds of creative work—arranging fresh flowers, designing faux-flower arrangements, and making flowers from light-weight clay.

For a long time I mainly worked with artificial flower arrangements, and in my early YouTube videos I shared many ideas, from artificial flowers to simple creations using flowers from 100-yen shops.

It still warms my heart that so many people enjoyed those easy and approachable arrangements.

好みの変化と「シンプルな美しさ」

華やかなフラワーアレンジメントの色合わせやクリエイティブなデザインには今もワクワクします。

ただ、さまざまなアレンジメント作品を作り続けるうちに、「たくさんの花材を組み合わせる楽しさ」から、「一輪一輪が持つ個性や静けさをそのまま美しく飾りたい」という気持ちへ、少しずつ趣向が変化していきました。

そして、「私はもっと花そのものと向き合いたいのかもしれない」と強く感じるようになりました。

そんな時ふと頭に浮かんだのが、樹脂粘土という素材です。

花びらの透明感や柔らかさ、美しい発色、好きな色、好きなサイズ、好きな咲き方で本物のお花の繊細さが表現ができる樹脂粘土は私にとって魔法のようでした。

日本でも長く親しまれてきたクレイフラワーの世界に惹かれ、花を作る楽しさに改めて夢中になりました。

Even now, I still feel a sense of excitement when I see the vibrant colors and creative designs of floral arrangements.

However, as I continued creating a wide variety of arrangements, my perspective gradually began to shift.
　

The joy of combining many different materials slowly gave way to a quieter desire—to appreciate and display the individuality and stillness of each flower just as it is.

Before long, I found myself thinking,
“Perhaps what I truly want is to spend more time facing the flower itself.”
　

It was around that time that one material came gently to mind—cold porcelain clay.

Its ability to capture the translucency and softness of petals, the beauty of color, and to freely express flowers in any shade, size, or stage of bloom felt almost like magic to me.
　

Drawn to the world of clay flowers, which has long been cherished in Japan,
I found myself once again deeply absorbed in the joy of creating flowers.

花を作る喜び、花を育てるような時間

軽量粘土の経験はあったものの10年以上のブランクがあり、樹脂粘土の扱いはまったく違ったものでした。
なかなか思い通りの作品を作ることができず、試行錯誤の連続・・
道具も技法も一から学び直し、初心に戻って手を動かしました。

余計な要素を削ぎ落とし、一輪の中に宿る静けさや軽やかさをそっと形にしていく―
そんな世界に夢中になり、創作のプロセスが日々の癒しと楽しみになりました。

また、花を作る道具や素材についても思うようなものが見つからいことが多く、「無いものは自分で作るしかない！」と研究を続けています。

私が作るツールの多くは、本物の花や葉から型取りしており、
その形や葉脈を観察しながら、自然の繊細な美しさを粘土で表現できるよう工夫しています。

ものづくりを始めると、つい深く探求したくなる性分なのだと思います。

現在は、さまざまなクレイフラワーを制作するとともに、
ツールの開発やチュートリアルの発信を、サイトやYouTubeを通して行っています。
　
Although I had once worked with light-weight clay, more than ten years had passed, and working with cold porcelain felt completely different.

At first, I struggled to create the results I imagined.
I returned to the basics, relearning tools and techniques and starting again with a beginner’s mindset.
　

By gently removing unnecessary elements and focusing on a single bloom, I found joy in shaping the quietness and lightness that flowers hold.

The creative process gradually became a comforting and joyful part of my daily life.
　

I also often found that the tools and materials I wanted simply did not exist, which led me to start researching and developing my own.
　
Most of my tools are created by taking molds from real flowers and leaves, carefully observing their shapes and veins to capture the delicate beauty of nature in clay.
　

Once I begin creating something, I naturally find myself wanting to explore it deeply.

Today, I create a variety of clay flowers and share tutorials and tools through my website and YouTube channel, hoping to pass along the joy of flower making.

それぞれの個性を大切にする花づくり

ものづくりには、人の数だけスタイルがあります。

初心者の頃の素朴な作品、カジュアルに楽しむクラフト、細部までこだわり抜いた造形―どれも作り手の想いがあって、本当に素敵です。好みの違いはあっても、優劣や競争はありません。

好きだから作る―その気持ちさえあれば、どんな表現にも美しさは宿っています。自分なりの心地よさを大切にしながら、プロセスそのものを楽しんでいただけたらと思っています。

急がず、誰かと比べることもなく、好きなときに好きな花を、自分のペースで作る。そんな静かな楽しみも、このクラフトの魅力のひとつだと思っています。

私自身もまだまだ学びの途中ですが、試行錯誤の中で生まれたツールや小さな発見を、みなさまと共有できれば嬉しいです。
　

There are as many styles of crafting as there are creators.

The simple pieces we made as beginners, casual crafts created just for fun, and carefully sculpted works shaped with great attention to detail — each one carries the maker’s thoughts and is beautiful in its own way. Even when our preferences differ, there is no need for comparison or competition.

If you create simply because you love it, that feeling alone brings beauty to every expression. I hope you will enjoy the process itself, while following your own sense of comfort and rhythm.

Without rushing or comparing yourself with others, you can create what you love, whenever you feel inspired, and at your own pace. I believe that quiet, unhurried time is one of the true joys of this craft.

I am still learning every day myself, but I would be happy if I can share the tools and small discoveries that have grown from my own trial and error.

小さな喜びを届けたい

発信活動やショップでは、私自身がお花づくりを始めたばかりの頃に「欲しかった情報」「あったら嬉しい道具」を、ひとつずつ形にしています。

このクラフトをこれまで受け継いできてくださった方々への感謝とともに、
私自身も誰かにとっての“きっかけ”や“支え”になれたらという想いを込めています。
