Translation or language issues?

On this website, some pages such as the homepage are available in English.
Other pages, including product pages and lesson guides, may display both Japanese and English together.

For languages other than English, please use your browser’s built-in translation feature.
You can also change the currency and default settings (such as cart options) using the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page.

Do you ship to [Country]?

Yes, we work with an international ordering and shipping service.

When you visit our product pages from outside Japan, a special shopping cart provided by our partner Want.JP (Cross Cart) will appear. From there, you can check shipping fees and place your order.

How much is the shipping fee?

Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥350 (anonymous delivery).

For international orders, shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart after entering your order details and address.
You can check the total amount in the shopping cart.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods:

When will my order ship & arrive?

Orders within Japan are shipped within 3 days after payment is confirmed. Delivery to the forwarding service typically takes about 2 days after shipment.

Processing time at the forwarding service: Usually within 10 calendar days

International delivery time: Varies depending on the destination country and shipping method

You can check estimated delivery times in the shopping cart.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons after an order has been confirmed.

Please carefully review all items, quantities, and prices in your cart before completing your purchase.

Stock & restock information?

We restock items regularly; however, due to high demand or delays in material supply, some items may not be immediately available.

You can use the “Restock Notification” button on the product page to receive an email when the item becomes available.

If you need a larger quantity than the available stock, please contact us via the inquiry form.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact the forwarding service’s Customer Support

Please note that damage occurring during or after use is only supported within Japan.

If you believe the issue is due to an initial defect, please contact us through our inquiry page.

Can I sell works made with our products?

Yes, you are welcome to sell or share finished works made using Ouchi Hanabiyori cutters and molds.

We would be very happy if you let others know that your work was created using our products, for example by tagging us when you share your work:

We sincerely apologize, but we do not provide individual support regarding techniques, materials, or purchasing sources.
